By submitting any Content to us, you represent and warrant that such submission complies with the Content Rules of Content indicated below. You furthermore grant MCOL perpetual rights and use to publish all submitted Content in the Web Site and HealthSprocket e-mailings without claim to any compensation in any form from MCOL.

Flagged Content:
Wherever Flagging is enabled in the Web Site, any user may flag Lists or other applicable items that they feel are spam or otherwise violate the Content Rules of Conduct or Other Rules of Conduct as stated herein.
