A good report on ACOs is available at:
http://leavittpartnersblog.com/uploads/LeavittPartnersACOWhitePaper11112...
This reports shows the states with the largest number of ACOs as well as the Top 5 and Top 10 ACO states; however it does not provide the list of ACOs.
Does anyone have a listing that shows where these ACOs are located at?
Even though in existence today until CMS approves the ACOs they may not be functional?

We often talk about how our health system is inefficient and costly. This report shows that the private sector has a lot to offer.
There are some great readmission dates available from the H-Cup Statistical Brief.

Kaiser Family Foundation published an excellent article on the pros and cons of employers dropping health benefits.

I should also note that this list is restricted to EHR generated data.
The NCSL (National Conference of State Legislatives) has a great site on health reform implementation at the state level; look for the link from www.ncsl.org.
As the, Managed Care Magazine, article cited headlines, California is the place to be for pharmacists.
I believe we are going to see much more health care activity and data being generated via facebook.
I agree that mobile is where much of the information technology activity will be.
This list is a nice summary of key trends. It is interesting to see how inter-related key trends are, such as #6 compacting #8, which helps drive #9.
Posting was mistitled. Should be: Top Ten Brand-Name Drugs in Medicare Part D Plans
Should be top ten specialty drugs in Part D plans
Typo in entry #1
Good stats for a reporter if writing an article on diabetes.
Gives the basics of an ACO from standpoint of physicians. Like to see list of ACO principles from point of view of health insurers too.
Thought I would find out more facts related to Alzheimer's than just cost. Interesting but limited data.
