- Voluntary Benefits- In 2013, the ability to fill coverage gaps in core plans and the use of employee benefits to attract and retain top talent ranked high in importance to employers
- Education and Communications- Two studies released in 2013 revealed a disconnect between employees and their personal involvement in health and welfare benefits
