The CommonWealth Fund has released its 'Scorecard on Local Health System Performance' which provides comparative data to assess the performance of health care systems. The scorecard Lists 43 indicators on local health system performance. Healthsprocket has 4 of the indicators posted as lists which contain the top three hospital referral regions for the indicator.

• Top Three Hospital Referral Regions for Percent of home health care patients with a hospital admission
