Recently a list was posted on healthsprocket outlining the most expensive cities in healthcare based on common medical services. The list is based on a study by Castlight Health, which focus on four outpatient services; llipid panel, CT scan, NOT, and preventive primary care visits. 
 
The most expensive primary care visit is in San Francisco California, the most expensive MRI and CT scan are in Sacramento California and the most expensive lipid panel is in Indianapolis Indiana.
