Many lists have been posted showcasing the best and worst of healthcare by state. Lists have focused on coverage, costs, quality and many other topics. This week two lists were posted ranking states based on correctional healthcare expenditures; Ten States with Lowest Percent Change in State Correctional Health Care Expenditures from 2001 to 2008 and Ten States with Highest Percent Change in State Correctional Health Care Expenditures from 2001 to 2008.
