A couple lists have already been posted this month that relate to health reform issues for 2012. The first list, Bloomberg BNA List of Most Important Health Law Issues for 2012, goes over health care industry changes driven by the federal health care reform law, challenges in complying with and implementing the law, and the shadow cast by a possible invalidation of the statute, in whole or in part, by the U.S. Supreme Court. The second list, Five health reform dates to watch in 2012, lists five important dates dealing with the success and future of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
