Confused about how lists get classified as Fact Based vs. Opinion Based, when some Fact Based lists indicate what seems to be the opinions of others?
 
Healthsprocket Opinion Based lists apply when the person posting the list is stating their own opinions. If the person posting a list is citing opinions stated by others, that can be referenced with a source, they are categorized as a Fact Based list- the "fact" being that it is documented the referenced person stated those opinions.
