This week, two lists were posted which highlighted data from a HealthPocket report which looks at the Affordable Care Act's standards for healthcare out-of-pocket costs. The report listed the average annual out-of-pocket limit by state to measure whether states were meeting the new ACA standard. The lists posted on healthsprocket provided the Lowest Average Annual Out-of-Pocket Limits and the Highest Average Annual Out-of-Pocket Limits.
