- 58% of surveyed consumers say they're likely to visit a local pharmacy as a first step for non-emergency medical issues
- 56% of Gen Z, 54% of Millennials, 40% of Gen X and 35% of Boomers have visited a local pharmacy for care in the past year
- 81% say they trust a pharmacist, nurse, or nurse practitioner to diagnose minor illnesses and prescribe medications
- 1 in 3 said convenience is more important than credentials in a non-emergency situation
- 37% chose not to fill a prescription due to cost
- 92% feel physicians and pharmacists should inform them of generic medications
