- 41% offer a plan with no /low deductible (a copay-based plan); 11% are considering this.
- 24% offer a narrow / high-performance network plan with low cost-sharing; 16% are considering this.
- 15% have salary-banded health plan contributions; 17% are considering this.
- 12% offer telehealth coverage for employees not eligible for the medical plan; 17% are considering this.
- 12% offer onsite or near-site health services; 17% are considering this.
- 11% offer free employee-only coverage in at least one medical plan option; 11% are considering this.
- 3% offer free employee + children coverage in at least one medical plan option; 4% are considering this.
