- Probability of receiving diabetic retinal examinations: 49.4% for patients in high-minority ACOs versus 51.6% for patients in low-minority ACOs
- Probability of glycated hemoglobin testing: 58.5% for patients in high-minority ACOs versus 60.4% for patients in low-minority ACOs
- Probability of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol testing: 85.2% for patients in high-minority ACOs versus 86.0% for patients in low-minority ACOs
- Probability of all-cause 30-day hospital readmissions: 16.4% for patients in high-minority ACOS versus 15.7% for patients in low-minority ACOs
- Probability of emergency department visits: 31.6%, both for patients in high-minority ACOs and for patients in low-minority ACOs (no significant difference)
