JAANP: Nurse Practitioner–Owned Practices and Value-Based Payment Arrangements: 4 Findings

1. A third participate in value-based payment arrangements.
2. Half are considering participating in value-based payment arrangements.
3. Three-quarters are knowledgeable about value-based payment arrangements.
4. Over 70% report barriers to VBP participation including lack of knowledge, lack of financial protections, and lack of payer partnership.
