1. 33% of hospital executives reported average denials rates of more than 10%
2. 31% of hospital executives reported average denials rates of less than 5%
3. 20% of hospital executives reported average denials rates of 5% to 7%
4. 16% of hospital executives reported average denials rates of 8% to 10%
5. The national average hospital claims denials rate is between 6% and 13%
