  1. diabetes (10.8% higher for Black adults)
  2. hypertension (18.6% higher for Black adults)
  3. uninsured status (7.0% higher for Black adults)
  4. physical inactivity (8.4% higher for Black adults)
  5. perceived poor health (12.3% higher for Black adults)
  6. cancer (3.4% lower for Black adults)
  7. depression (2.2% lower for Black adults)
  8. CHD (1.0% lower for Black adults).
