1. 31% don't discuss the costs of treatments and tests
2. 20% don't coordinate with the patient's other doctors
3. 16% don't explain the patient's condition and what to expect
4. 15% don't appear to recognize the level of pain the patient experiences
5. 15% don't appear to care about the impact on the patient's mental health
