  1. 70% of Americans think the current U.S. healthcare system is "in a state of crisis" or has "major problems."
  2. Republicans' negative perception of "crisis" in the healthcare system changed from 80% in 2016 to 56% in 2018.
  3. Democrats' negative perception of "crisis" in the healthcare system changed from 63% in 2016 to 84% in 2018.
  4. 55% rate the quality of healthcare favorably.
  5. 34% rate healthcare coverage favorably.
  6. 20% rate healthcare costs favorably.
