- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Limit alcohol consumption.
- Reduce unnecessary radiation exposure.
- Avoid or limit use of hormone replacement therapy.
- Have your first child before age 30.
- Breast feed as long as possible.
- If at high risk, discuss medications with doctor.
