- 46% - tried to get health coverage but it was too expensive
- 13% - don't think the health insurance requirement applies to them
- 11% - tried to get health coverage but were unable to do so
- 9% - would rather pay the fine than get health insurance
- 7% - didn't know about the requirement to have health insurance
