- Osceola Community Hospital (Sibley, Iowa) — 94 percent (tie for 3rd)
- Integris Seminole (Okla.) Medical Center — 94 percent (tie for 3rd)
- Clinton (Mass.) Hospital Association — 93 percent (tie for 4th)
- Bigfork (Minn.) Valley Hospital — 93 percent (tie for 4th)
- Chatham Hospital (Siler City, N.C.) — 93 percent (tie for 4th)
- Community Memorial Hospital (Hicksville, Ohio) — 92 percent (tie for 5th)
- Richland Hospital (Richland Center, Wis.) — 92 percent (tie for 5th)
