- Pediatric Pulmonology: $282,272 for men; $227,958 for women
- Allergy & Immunology: $329,634 for men; $268,938 for women
- Urology: $515,850 for men; $424,733 for women
- Opthamology: $468,515 for men; $387,295 for women
Notes: Survey included responses from over 31,000 full-time U.S. physicians in 2022. In 2022 there were no medical specialties in which women earned the same or more than men.
