  1. Percent of uninsured patients: 24% in FQHCs that screened patients; 27% in FQHCs that did NOT screen patients
  2. Served an urban area: 63% of FQHCs that screened patients; 56% of FQHCs that did NOT screen patients
  3. Number of unique patients per year on average: FQHCs that screened served 23,368; FQHCs that did NOT screen served 17,200
  4. Located in a Medicaid expansion state: 72% of FQHCs that screened; 64% of FQHCs that did NOT screen
  5. Located a state with an active Medicaid ACO: 24% of FQHCs that screened; 11% of FQHCs that did NOT screen
