- Mercy Hospital (Iowa City, Iowa) — from A2 to A3 (Moody's)
- North Oaks Health System (Hammond, La.) — from BBB+ to BBB (S&P)
- Proctor Hospital (Peoria, Ill.) — from Ba2 to B2 (Moody's)
