- Those attributed to an Accountable Care Organization: 28.1%
- Medicare Advantage enrollees: 20.5%

Mitchell MD, MPH; David J. Meyers PhD; Jennifer N. Bunker MPH; Emmanuelle Belanger PhD; Pedro L. Gozalo PhD; and Amal N. Trivedi MD, MPH. This is a retrospective study of 370,094 seniors with dementia who had a nursing home stay between 91 and 180 days prior to death, two or more functional impairments, and mild to severe cognitive impairment.
