- Arkansas: Maximum travel time or distance
- California: Maximum appointment wait times; directories must be updated weekly
- Connecticut: Directories must be updated no less than quarterly
- Nevada: Directories must be updated no less than every 60 days
- New York: Directories must be updated within 15 days of a change
- Rhode Island: Directories must be updated no less than monthly
- Washington: Maximum travel time or distance; provider-to-enrollee ratios; maximum appointment wait times; directories must be updated no less than monthly
