- Physicians (60.7% said they would be worse off)
- Hospitals (52.7% said they would be worse off)
- Employers (50.0% said they would be worse off)
- Consumers (48.2% said they would be worse off)
- Health Plans (34.8% said they would be worse off)
- Pharmaceutical (32.1% said they would be worse off)
Notes: Stakeholders were asked: Please project who you think the economic winners and losers for 2012 will be: Who do you think will be economically better off, the same or worse off by this time next year?
