- 54% of customers want a specific date and time of delivery, though only 15% of retailers provided this delivery option
- 45% of consumers want the option of reserving an item in a store while online, but only 11% of retailers have the "reserve in-store" option
- 46% of retailers allow online shopping and paying online for purchases to be picked up in the store
