  4. $445 - Far western Wisconsin.
  5. $423 - Southern Georgia.
  6. $405 - Wyoming (All counties except Natrona and Laramie).
  7. $399 - Southeast Mississippi.
  8. $395 - Vermont (Vermont does not allow premiums based on age, so does not reflect price for 40-year-old)
  9. $383 - Fairfield, Conn.
  10. $381 - Alaska.
