Notes: IHI conducted an industry poll in July 2021. 505 US-based health care professionals responded and 380 individuals fully completed the poll. Results were the subject of an article in FierceHealthcare entitled, "Providers are putting more focus than ever on health equity. Here's how payers can support them."
