- West Virginia: 4.35% grade "A" hospitals
- Arkansas: 6.90% grade "A" hospitals
- Nebraska: 7.14% grade "A" hospitals
- New York: 7.53% grade "A" hospitals
- Iowa: 9.09% grade "A" hospitals
- South Dakota: 10.00% grade "A" hospitals
