  1. Outlays of $899 billion & a reduction in revenues of $137 billion for premium assistance tax credits, which cover a portion of eligible individuals’ & families’ premiums, summing to $1,036 billion
  2. Outlays of $167 billion for cost-sharing subsidies (which reduce out-of-pocket payments for low-income enrollees)
  3. Outlays of $2 billion for grants to states for operating exchanges
  4. Outlays of $208 billion and revenues of $215 billion related to payments and collections for risk adjustment, reinsurance, and risk corridors—summing to net receipts of $8 billion
