1. Among customers who are happy with their MA plan, 89% say they "definitely will" renew their policy, and 88% say they will also recommend their plan to their friends and family
2. Two-thirds (66%) of members indicate that their doctor submitted a claim on their behalf in 2014, while only 3% of members submit a claim themselves
3. MA health plan members average wait time for an appointment with their primary physician is 7.7 days, a specialist appointment will average 14.7 days, both comparable with commercial plan members
4. Medicare Advantage members are more likely to completely understand how their plan works
