- Repeal - Republicans are already turning their attention back to repealing the law.
- Marketplaces failing - Some of the 13 states that set up exchanges are considering turning over their operations to the federal government due to financial and technical problems.
- Rising costs - Premium increases and high deductibles in 2016 may lead to people being underinsured, or unable to afford coverage.
- Enrollment challenges - The challenge for the administration will be getting middle-income, healthier people, enrolled.
- Another lawsuit - The legal challenges to the law are not over.
