  1. Arkansas: Maximum travel time or distance
  2. California: Maximum appointment wait times; directories must be updated weekly
  3. Connecticut: Directories must be updated no less than quarterly
  4. Nevada: Directories must be updated no less than every 60 days
  5. New York: Directories must be updated within 15 days of a change
  6. Rhode Island: Directories must be updated no less than monthly
  7. Washington: Maximum travel time or distance; provider-to-enrollee ratios; maximum appointment wait times; directories must be updated no less than monthly
