- Reward (or penalize) based on smoker, tobacco-use status (22%)
- Audit of medical claim payments (21%)
- Provide employees with information on provider and/or hospital quality (20%)
- Use centers of excellence for treatments other than transplants (16%)
- Reward (or penalize) only those who complete requirements of a healthy lifestyle activity (16%)
- Require employees to complete HRA and/or biometric screening to be eligible for financial incentives for healthy activities (16%)
