J.D. Power recently released their 2015 Member Health Plan Study - their ninth annual study that measures satisfaction among members of 134 health plans in 18 U.S. regions based on six factors: coverage and benefits; provider choice; information and communication; claims processing; cost; and customer service; with satisfaction calculated on a 1,000-point scale.

The list is too long to post as a standard healthsprocket list, but Top Management Degrees which offers an online business education and career guide, has published its 2015 ranking of the fifty best schools for online Master's degrees in Healthcare Management.
